When a shower leaks or pool mosaics drum loose, it's almost never the tile — it's the system behind it: the wrong adhesive for the material, waterproofing that wasn't cured, a substrate that was never suitable. Sixteen years on the tools taught us what fails and why — enough that a leading systems manufacturer brought our founder in as a technical advisor off the back of his installation record. He never stopped tiling through it, and other tilers and builders still ring to troubleshoot failures and talk through tricky specs. That depth means every job we price starts with the question most quotes skip: what does this substrate and this material actually require?
That's also why we can put our name — and the manufacturer's — behind the finished work. We've developed site-specific specifications for swimming pools and facades written to meet full manufacturer warranty requirements. On your project, that knowledge is standard, not extra.
