Plenty of tilers list bathrooms, pools, stone and mosaics on their website. Almost none of them are specialists in all of it — because the specialisation isn't in the tile, it's in the system behind it: substrate, waterproofing, adhesive chemistry, movement and warranty compliance. That's the discipline we've built this company on.

Our founder has been on the tools for sixteen years. That installation record is what led a leading global manufacturer of tile and stone installation systems to bring him in as a technical advisor — a role he held while never putting the trowel down — and it's why, to this day, other tilers and builders still ring to troubleshoot failures and work through technical specifications. The advice comes from the tools, not the other way around. We were one of the first companies in New Zealand to adopt Wedi building board systems, and among the first to install large format porcelain with the handling and substrate discipline it actually requires.

Most tellingly: we've developed site-specific specifications for swimming pools and facades written to meet full manufacturer warranty requirements. When an installation qualifies for a manufacturer's system warranty, it's because the method is right. That's the standard every one of our jobs is built to — whether it's a mosaic pool at Langs Beach or a laundry floor in Maungaturoto.
