Concrete has to be mechanically ground, moisture-tested and repaired before any resin goes down — a coating over a contaminated or damp slab will peel no matter how good the product is. We prepare properly, then build the coating system to suit the use: plain colour, flake broadcast for grip and appearance, or high-build coats for harder service.
